Obey Your Mind
We forget that the body is at the mercy of our minds. It is the duty of the body to obey your mind.
Keep your mind on a positive tract and immediately stop sending out ill-will to your body. It is imperative to release anger, hate, malice, envy, and grief as soon as it is experienced, validated and appreciated.
I say appreciated because these emotions are here with a purpose. Once this purpose is fulfilled, then dispel them. We must try to live in the fullness of enjoyment.
LIFE on purpose is living in full enjoyment even in the rough spots or the thorn filled terrain.
